I’m Hayley. It’s lovely to meet you. I’ve been a practicing therapist for 20 years, blending Talk Therapy, Psychotherapy, and Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy to help people break free from the grip of diets and diet culture.
For years, I struggled with my own relationship with food. It affected my confidence, relationships, and overall sense of well-being. Trapped in the cycle of dieting, binging and self-criticism, I knew there had to be a better way. Through deep personal exploration and professional training, I discovered how to heal these hidden barriers. Now, I’m dedicated to helping others find the same freedom.
