"A Different Path" is an 8-week one-to-one programme designed to help you regain control of your eating habits, ditch diet shame, and find a fulfilling relationship with food. This isn’t another diet; it’s a method to transform your relationship with food and enhance your well-being. We’ll have weekly personalised 90-minute sessions, including therapy and hypnotherapy, along with growth work to support lasting positive change.
We’ll explore your triggers for overeating and develop strategies to handle them. We'll break the diet-based thinking, understand that restriction leads to overeating, and find genuine freedom in eating. By the end of the programme, you'll feel happier and healthier, enjoying a balanced and guilt-free relationship with food. With 20 years of experience and a compassionate approach, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
"Lightening the Load" is an 8-week hybrid programme that blends the benefits of group dynamics with the personalised attention of one-to-one sessions. This programme is ideal for those who enjoy the camaraderie and shared experiences of a group setting, while still valuing individual guidance. Each week, you’ll participate in group sessions that foster a sense of community and support, followed by personalised one-to-one sessions that focus on your specific needs and goals.

"Nourish & Thrive" is a transformative 30-day programme designed to help you explore and improve your relationship with food, leading to weight loss over time. This is not a diet; it’s a holistic approach that addresses the subconscious patterns affecting your eating habits, enabling a healthier and more sustainable approach to weight management.
The programme includes a 90-minute initial session with hypnosis, a personalised follow-up hypnosis recording, a 30-day action plan, and a 45-minute follow-up call. You’ll also have continuous support via WhatsApp.
