30 Day Action Plan: Taking Small Consistent Action Leading to Results Over Time

Based on our initial session, we will create a personalised action plan for you to follow over the next 30 days. This plan is structured around my four pillars of food freedom, ensuring a holistic approach to your transformation.

Ongoing Support: A Nurturing & Supportive Approach

Throughout the 30 days, you'll have access to me via a private Facebook group, and messenger for continuous support and guidance. Additionally, you'll receive a follow-up hypnosis recording to reinforce the positive changes initiated during our first session.

Closing 45 Minute 1:1 Session: Review & Set A Longer Term Plan

At the end of the program, we’ll have another one-on-one session to review your progress and set a long-term plan to sustain your newfound freedom with food.
