Once you’ve built a strong foundation, it’s time to implement all that you've learnt, after all PRACTICE makes PERMANENT .

During this phase, you’ll learn how to:

- Implement practical strategies and tools that work for you and your unique lifestyle.

- Develop sustainable habits around food, movement, and self-care without relying on willpower or restriction.

- Navigate real-life situations with newfound confidence, whether it’s mealtime, social events, or everyday stressors.
